    MAKE A LISTING APPOINTMENT WITH YOUR AGENT: Schedule a time to sit down and go over listing details with your agent. You'll sign disclosures and decide when your home will be listed.

    HAVE PHOTOS TAKEN : Make sure your home is in tip-top shape for photos to be taken. These photos will be used on your listing to show buyers what the home looks like!

    GO LIVE WITH YOUR LISTING: It's time to list your home! Your agent will upload all necessary disclosures and photos to the MLS where other people can take a look at your home and schedule showings.

    HAVE AVAILABLE TIME FOR SHOWINGS: Buyers and their agents will schedule showings of your home to be able to come take a look in person! Make sure your home is prepared and you are able to leave the home at scheduled showing times!

    ACCEPT AN OFFER: Meet with your agent to take a look at all submitted offers and accept one! Your agent can help go through terms and offer insight on possible negotiation.

    GO THROUGH THE UNDER CONTRACT PROCESS: During this time, your agent will keep track of all deadlines agreed upon in the contract. Typically this includes an inspection and appraisal to be completed before closing.

    SIGN CLOSING DOCUMENTS: Meet with your attorney to sign selling documents for the buyers to sign later at closing.

    MOVING BOXES: If you haven't already, it's time to pack up the home and move out! Buyers will be signing their closing documents and making the move into the home!
